Tom Bush is the CEO and Innovator at Actual Reality Technologies, an Industry 5.0 and AI/ML consulting firm in Toledo, OH, leading transformative AI-driven projects in manufacturing. Previously, he built advanced avionics at GE Aviation, is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and was AWS's large enterprise cloud migration and autonomous AI expert. Tom works with leading manufacturers to apply AI in reducing defects, optimizing operations, and driving product innovation. In addition, he is the founder of EmpoweredAI, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underemployed individuals to grow their careers with the help of augmented intelligence.

LeSean is a versatile operations executive whose career spans tech, healthcare, and workforce development—including leadership roles as VP of EmpoweredAI (our sister nonprofit), Director of Operations at Prolink, and Practice Manager at PrimeCrica Physicians. He also serves as President of the Toledo African American Chamber of Commerce, is a Founding Partner of the DEAI Alliance of Northwest Ohio, and is an active member of the Greater Toledo Digital Equity Coalition. At Actual Reality, he brings that rare combination of operational rigor and community-first thinking to ensure every engagement delivers measurable impact.

Kurt spent nearly a decade at OnPoint Group rising from IT Analyst to Vice President of IT, where he led diverse teams, managed extensive budgets, and architected global AWS and Azure environments for a $1B organization. At Actual Reality, he builds the secure, scalable infrastructure that powers our platform—ensuring our clients' data is protected by enterprise-grade standards while remaining fast and accessible.

Justin brings over a decade of full-stack engineering experience from United Airlines, CreativeLive, and high-growth startups, where he architected scalable data platforms using AWS, Kafka, and Spark. At Actual Reality, he leads our engineering team and drives the technical execution of client projects—turning complex requirements into elegant, production-ready solutions that perform at scale.

Hossein holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo, where his research applied machine learning to materials science and manufacturing. He previously spent four years as a Research Engineer at Italy's National Research Council, working with sensor arrays and data acquisition systems. At Actual Reality, he builds the predictive models and computer vision systems that turn raw sensor data into actionable insights—helping clients predict failures before they happen.
